SECRET HABIT — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Secret Habit website and to coaching, educational resources, programs, and other services provided by Secret Habit.
By using the website or purchasing or booking a Secret Habit service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Who We Are
Secret Habit is operated by:
Shawn Bonneteau
Vsetin, Czechia
IČO: 21128219
Email: secrethabitcoaching@gmail.com
Secret Habit provides coaching and educational support primarily focused on compulsive pornography use, personal growth, self-leadership, relationships, and Christian faith.
2. Coaching, Not Therapy
Secret Habit provides coaching and educational support.
Our coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological counselling, psychological diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, medical care, or mental-health treatment.
Coaching may include discussion of personal experiences, emotional patterns, relationships, habits, self-leadership, faith, spiritual formation, and Inner Child work. These are addressed as coaching and educational topics and are not provided as psychological treatment or psychotherapy.
Secret Habit does not diagnose mental-health conditions.
Coaching is not a substitute for appropriate medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other professional care. If we believe your needs fall outside the scope of coaching, we may recommend that you seek appropriate professional support.
3. What You Can Expect From Coaching
Our goal is to help you gain clarity, develop greater self-leadership, and make meaningful changes in how you respond to compulsive pornography use and the patterns connected to it.
However, results cannot be guaranteed.
Your results depend on many factors, including your participation, decisions, circumstances, and implementation of what you learn.
Secret Habit does not guarantee sobriety, freedom from pornography, restored relationships, or any particular personal, emotional, spiritual, financial, or relational outcome.
4. Christian Worldview
Secret Habit is built on a Christian worldview.
Biblical principles, prayer, faith, spiritual formation, and Christian perspectives may naturally be incorporated into coaching and educational content.
By choosing to work with Secret Habit, you understand that Christian faith is part of the framework through which our coaching is provided.
5. Coaching Agreements
Some coaching services are subject to a separate Coaching Agreement & Expectations or Session Agreement.
Those agreements contain additional terms relating to the specific service, including matters such as:
- coaching expectations;
- scheduling and cancellations;
- payment;
- confidentiality;
- session recordings;
- coaching resources;
- intellectual property; and
- ending the coaching relationship.
Where a specific written coaching agreement applies, it forms part of your agreement with Secret Habit. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and a specific coaching agreement, the specific agreement will apply to that coaching service to the extent of the conflict.
6. Booking and Scheduling
You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking a service.
Unless different terms are provided for a specific service:
- sessions should be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice;
- missed sessions and late cancellations may be forfeited;
- sessions are not transferable; and
- repeated missed sessions or failure to meet coaching commitments may result in the coaching relationship being ended.
If Secret Habit needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative appointment. If appropriate, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund for the affected service.
7. Payments and Consumer Withdrawal Rights
Prices and payment arrangements are shown before you purchase or book a service.
Payments are due according to the payment instructions provided at checkout or in your invoice.
Unless otherwise stated, coaching fees are non-refundable except where a refund or withdrawal is required by applicable law or agreed by Secret Habit.
Statutory right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer entering into a distance contract for services, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, subject to the conditions and exceptions provided by Czech law.
If you expressly request that a coaching service begin before the end of this period, the service may begin during the withdrawal period. If you subsequently exercise your withdrawal right, you may be required to pay the proportionate amount for services already provided, as provided by applicable law.
Where the law permits the withdrawal right to expire once a service has been fully performed, we will provide the required information and obtain the required express consent before beginning performance.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by Czech law.
Information about how to exercise a statutory withdrawal right can be obtained by contacting:
8. Session Recording and AI-Assisted Notes
Coaching sessions may be recorded, transcribed, and summarized using third-party meeting and AI tools, including Calendly's meeting and AI features, where these features are enabled.
You will be informed when recording is active.
Recordings, transcripts, and summaries may be used to:
- support the coaching relationship;
- maintain accurate coaching notes;
- prepare for future sessions; and
- improve continuity of coaching.
The processing of personal information through these tools is described in our Privacy Policy.
9. Confidentiality
Information shared during coaching will be treated as confidential, subject to applicable legal obligations and the limits described in this section.
Information may be disclosed where required by law or where disclosure may be necessary because of a serious and credible risk of harm or another legally recognized circumstance requiring disclosure.

Secret Habit may end or suspend coaching where, for example:
- coaching is no longer appropriate for your needs;

16. Limitation of Liability
